The Karolinen Karree was completed in 2008 and is one of the pilot projects certified by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development. The building’s design takes not only the environment, but also the nearby historic buildings into consideration.

The impressive foyers are spacious and fitted with high-quality natural stone floors. The office spaces have ceiling-high windows and office doors with glass elements on the sides, as well as acoustic ceilings in the rooms.
